Q. Do we except P.O.'s?
A. We except P.O.'s once accounting has reviewed /approved a completed credit application.

Q. How is freight determined?
A. If the product is under 70# and within certain dimensions (not oversized) We ship UPS Ground,
expedited services are available for additional charges.
If the product is over 70 # and/or oversized we select from several common carriers offering the
lowest rate to our customer.

Q. Do we accept returns?
A. Returns are subject to restocking fees.
